The Iris Garden Downtown Cottages and Suites

Quaint, cozy, clean.

Furniture was very used.

The office lady was so nice and friendly when we arrived ( and she even called to say our room was ready for early check in). Entire complex and our room was cozy and had an old time quaintness about it. Location was great for everything

Shower was small

Chipmunk Junction cabin was cozy. Within 2 minutes walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Room was clean and owners were easily accessible by phone. Great price during off season. Our only complaint was that the mattress was hard and hurt both our backs. Not accessible for wheelchair users (steps), but room was roomy enough for a person using a walker (again a couple of steps up to cabin) if you let the person out of your vehicle on Van Buren entrance. Parking lot is not accessible at all. You have to go down a couple of landings of steps to get to cottages.

Perfect location to get to see and do everything and not have to drive your car.

No complaints

I had a lovely stay at the Iris Garden Cottage and Suites. It is in the perfect location. If you want, you can park your car and not touch it the whole stay. Everything in the cottage was comfortable.

Sunshine Cottage was adorable! Very clean, warm and cozy. Excellent for our last minute get away right in downtown Nashville. Thought at times we were the only ones in town.
