The Iris Garden Downtown Cottages and Suites

My husband and I went to Nashville IN just for over night and we stayed in the couples cottage. We arrived early and was able to check in when we arrived. It is a cozy one room cottage with porch. It was a perfect stay for us we loved the porch! While we were sitting we were visited by a chipmunk. We also liked that you didn't have to drive to get to the shops we walked from one end of town to the other. The room was very clean and the bed was great. When we visit again will check to book with them. FYI you need to take your own toiletries, was no problem for us because we do anyway. Thanks for a great stay :)

We arrived at 6pm and most ofthe shops closed at 7pm

Nice, comfortable rooms. The bathroom/shower was pretty tight in ours; not a big deal for us, but could be for others. Great location; Nashville is very walkable and Iris Garden is close to everything downtown, so it was nice to get parked on Friday and not need the car, again, until we left on Sunday.

In addition, on site, there is a unique "Rock Shop" where you can enjoy "Mining" for unique and special rocks like the 49er's and go into a wonderful indoor shop to enjoy "one of a kind" rocks of all colors, shapes, and sizes. Next door to Iris Gardens, don't miss the "HOT DOG SHOP". They have the most enjoyable great tasting BBQ's, Hot Dogs, etc, and the most affordable pricing in Nashville. We come to Nashville, IN every year for our Wedding Anniversary. We LOVE the slow, quiet, unique shops. We ALWAYS stay at Iris Gardens AND NO WHERE ELSE. Really lovely little place! Everything is within walking distance. And don't be fooled by how firm the bed looks- you sink in just enough and it's super comfy!

Clean room...wonderful to have chairs in front. Quiet room as well. We would return. Fire pit in front if you choose to use

Iris Garden is on Van Buren St which is where everything is within walking distance. They offer a fire pit for and evening fire on the property with your own patios. Cottages have everything you need and Josie the owner is a sweetie, very kind and helpful. Great girls getaway! We will be back to try the Couples cottages!!!😊
