Very kind and sincere proprietor. Gorgeous views of the peaceful countryside setting spotlessly clean and very well equipped and aesthetically decorated holiday house. Easy proximity to all services and an exceptional ancient hilltop village(s). The heated covered pool was simply divine.

"Relaxing stay in the country."

We wanted a relaxing stay in the county with views and a pool. Catia's house and setting were amazing. After sightseeing each day, we were able to relax in the heated swimming pool. The apartment is very comfortable with outstanding views of the countryside. There are several easily reachable restaurants outside of the city of Urbino. Our host was very kind and the property and apartment are meticulously maintained.

"Es war ein herrlich entspannter Aufenthalt"

Die persönliche Betreuung der super freundlichen Vermieterin Catia dieses wunder schön gelegenen Ferienhauses mitten in der Hügellandschaft von Marken - nur 10 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto von Urbino entfernt. Wer sich erholen möchte und Ruhe sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Für Selbstversorger gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entweder direkt bei der Anfahrt oder dann bei Urbino. Das Appartment ist mit allem bestens ausgestattet. Catia hat auch direkt ein gut gefülltes Regal mit hervorragenden Weiß- und Rotweinen von zwei örtlichen Weingütern, die man mit ihr dann abrechnen kann. Der überdachte und beheizte Pool liegt traumhaft eingebettet mit herrlicher Aussicht ins Grüne.

Die Terrassen mit Aussicht ins Grüne gleichen es aus, dass der Wohraum innen etwas dunkel ist. Zur Adriaküste dauert es doch mit dem Auto ca. 50 Min.
