"Exceed expectations"

Amazing location on the top of the hill with beautiful view. You will have complete privacy with all facilities you need for comfort. Catia is careful host. We arrived later and there was no problem at all, Catia was waiting for us. The pool area protected by glass walls. Even in cold weather you can enjoy swimming with view to valley. I do not recommend you to miss sunset time. The house looks west from the hill and you will have a couple of magic hours with breathtaking view which constantly changes in front of your eyes. I hope we will have a chance to come back here.

We were overwhelmed with our stay, Catia was a very warm and friendly host who gave us all the information required for our stay, she totally exceeded in all our expectations. Can’t wait to return to this stunning location and the icing on the cake is the pool is open until the end of October which is a rare find in Italy

"Local holiday home excellently located to visit Urbino"

The property has an excellent location to visit Urbino and has a most wonderful view from the private terrace (downstairs apartment) on the surrounding countryside. The property also has an indoors swimming pool (open 8 am to 8 pm, later if agreed with the host) which we enjoyed a lot. Catia is a very attentive host, easily reachable when needed. She gave us very helpful suggestions and brought us wonderful home-grown produce. The holiday home has been most carefully laid out with an eye for detail and fits well as a whole with the house of the hosts, and the hosts were still planning further improvements.

The holiday home is really excellent and we would highly recommend it to visit Urbino for a few to several days. For longer stays (week or more) with more days relaxing at the property (we were there during a heatwave), we did feel that the size of the apartment and the privacy (depending also on guests in the other apartment) become a little more limiting.
