Eşyaların yenilenmesi lazım.

Lage ist sehr gut. Gut Platz in der Mitte da auf Esstisch verzichtet wurde. Tee und Café werden großzügig angeboten.

Die Unterkunft ist keine 60qm groß sondern höchstens 40qm. Das Bad ist sehr eng und das Waschbecken extrem klein. Der Duschkopf leider etwas verschimmelt. Das Waschbecken war nicht gereinigt, wirkte unhygienisch. Im Küchenschrank standen zahlreiche schmutzige Teller. Das Apartement ist nicht annähernd so hell wie beschrieben im Bild. Eher dunkel. Eine Agentur kümmert sich nicht verlässlich um fehlendes Toilettenpapier und Parkausweise. Für 3 Tage Aufenthalt fanden wir nur 1 Ausweis vor. Schwierige Kommunikation. Ungepflegter äußerer Eingang. Viel zu teuer für das was die Wohnung bietet. Kein Esstisch. Im Schlafzimmer ganz ausgefranster Vorhang. Einfach mit der Schere per Hand abgeschnitten.

We stayed for a wet weekend in November, visiting our daughter at uni. The flat was warm and cosy and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent- easy to walk into town and a couple of minutes away from St James Park railway station- we went for a day trip to Exmouth on the Sunday. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

Parking is a challenge

The apartment was close to all amenities. Clean and comfortable. The Coop is just opposite the flat and you can pick up items from there. Very convenient. Bus transportation is very near to the apartment. Very safe and secured too. Will definitely stay here again.

There was nothing not to like

Easy to find. Shop a stones throw. Quiet location. Property was very well equipped with everything we needed. Powerful hair dryer was a bonus along with usb charge points and good shower water pressure!

Struggled to find a parking space again when we’d gone out for a little while.

Apartment was compact with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed was comfortable and shower was powerful, all the kitchen facilities you could need. Plenty of tea, coffe, sugar and milk also packet of biscuits. Was situated in a quiet location. Co op opposite but plenty of local shops on way into town. The Imperial Wetherspoons is a MUST visit! Like a country house in its own grounds... Hosts had good communication 👏

Smoke alarm going of when making toast or cooking in the oven. Very sensitive! Disposable dishcloth would be a good idea for future holiday makers.
