Alluring View Hotel - Toyin Sreet

Nothing really 'cos I never got to stay in the hotel. Extremely terrible customer service at the front desk, I had to walk away as the front desk lady was ill-mannered and condescending.

After making my booking on this platform, I got to the hotel in 10-minutes after the confirmation of my reservation only to be told by the reception lady that my room was not available. She then offered to sell me the next available room at twice the amount that booking.com had quoted for me.

To be frank, there was nothing there to be liked, from rude staffs failing in their expectations to shielding complaints from getting to the manager.

I wasn't offered breakfast as included in my reservation due to poor customers service from the minute I checked in, till checking out the next day, despite booking to stay for a considerable number of days.
