I didn't even get a chance to stay at the hotel as I was told my accommodation wasn't available 😞. It was the most challenging experience of my life. It is an experience I don't wish to encounter any more, imagine being tired wanting to rest, only to be told that the room wasn't available. The manager seems not to have a clue of what's going on in his hotel. I called the manager for directions when the taxi I took got into a police issue for using the wrong lane. The manager did come over ,(kudos to him on that)to the scene but got the shock when he went to get me the keys, only to come tell me the rooms I booked weren't available 😔. Had to start looking for alternatives that same night. In fairness to the manager, I am still wondering why come to the scene of the police/ taxi driver debacle to give directions when he had no clue of what was happening in his hotel. Well, I will advise the manager to do a proper check next time to avoid this happening again

Noise from the generator was a bit too loud.

Breakfast wasn't up to per.

The staffs were kind

The hotel wasn't as good as the review. The place was noisy at night, the toilet wasn't properly cleaned and there was mold in the room wardrobe, dustbin. The room was filled with mosquitoes.
