Had to pay a fee as soon as I arrived. Thought I was getting a super great deal on the app, but I ended up having to pay the difference of about $20 because my booking cost less than ~$68.58. I didn’t think that was legal? Room had cockroaches. Literally every size. Huge ones, super small ones, many in between. Mostly in the bathroom (still not okay) but at least 3 out in the sleeping area. This made it pretty difficult to fall asleep, kept feeling like things were crawling on me. So so gross. Dust all over the place, cobwebs in some areas. A sign saying “tips are appreciated”, why would I leave a tip for a cockroach infested room? Seems like the cheapest place I’ve ever stayed at/in. I would usually love to give a tip for someone cleaning up after me. However, there’s a basic standard that I feel all places should need to abide by. Please take this place off your app so no one else has to deal with that disgustingness and unfairness.

first of all i fully paid our 1 night stay, this is only our stop for 15 hours drive. so the receptionist asked me to read the condition on the door (extra $10 ) and told me if i pay the extra if not he will cancel my reservation. why there is another condition if i already pay in full, you should add all the condition before i pay on expedia. im exhausted from driving 15 hours i have no choice to pay it, but this is wrong. beside from dirty refrigerator, toilet, bed bugs etc. this place should be remove from expedia or any website.

Would never stay here again. Highlight of the night was being awoken to bugs crawling on me. I’m an easy to please traveler, this place was foul.

Hotel is not clean at all. Rooms smell like wet dogs, and the bathrooms definitely don’t get cleaned from the look of the toilet. Thank God for Lysol and raid, oh yea cause they have roaches. The owner seems to be the owner, front desk receptionist, housekeeper, maintenance man, and plumber all at the same time😂 Long story short, you get what you pay for. ****Oh, also, if you book online, the owner will charge you $10 because he changed the location of the hotels and that some how means customers have to pay $10 when you get to the property. Mind you, the location of the hotel is in the middle of west bubble duck, now thinking about it that’s definitely a scam😂 it says “scrubbed cleaned”. L I E 😂 We only booked this room for 1 night and we were only in the room for about 5 hours.. Also, we booked a king size bed online, but Mr. Patel in the front desk gave us (2) full size bed. 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND 🚩

Smelled like pee in the room, looked like people lived there, dead bugs everywhere in the room, bed felt itchy, smoke detector was ticking, shower looked like it had never been cleaned, sink had no drain and disgusting

I drive 300 miles to get to this hotel....needed sleep and a shower. Arrived at 1230 am and spent about 2 minutes in the room.....it was already occupied but roaches....thank god i didnt bring anything in yet and was just checking out the room but as soon as i turned on bathroom light managed to kill 3 but saw too many to kill.....went to desk and dude at front desk didnt seem to care. Told me i had to call Expedia to get my money back....spent 2 hours on phone to get refund. Which i did get....but now its 3am and im in the middle of Virginia with nowhere to stay. Eneded up driving up I95 and found a truck stop and slept in my car. Please dont stay here. Its dirty....scary....and shady. Not only roaches but people just walking around and slamming doors and yelling.

Roaches everywhere was getting charged $1 for tissue no towels or rags this place is a joke and should be torn down

Horrible. Didn’t stay. Reservation wasn’t found. Property night manager wasn’t at the front desk for 10 minutes. Too many residents going to front office at 1am. Just not a place to stay the price represents what you would get

Came in late, everything was booked.else where , looked great and even cheap!BUT… The picture is NOT what it looks like, it’s 100% the complete opposite.Dirty, room not finished, , dead begs on floor. It’s more is a local place for short term guests who don’t have money or a pay per hour place. We walked in and then got back into the car and left and didn’t even check out- couldn’t believe it.. we still laugh about it today .
