"Excellent hotel, well located and superb breakfast"

We paid a bit extra and ended up staying in a fantastic room on the 5th floor which had 2 balconies! It was spacious and the facilities were excellent. Reception staff were very friendly and breakfast was superb - perhaps one of the best we have had on our Europe trip so far. The hotel is a short walk from the main train station and central area of Zurich. Highly recommended and will be staying here again if we ever come back!

This was a wonderful hotel. It was clean, well located. The breakfast was particularly great! I loved the woman who worked there. The front desk women were terrific.

It couldn’t have been any nicer for the price. Quiet but central, efficient courteous front desk, hard mattress soft pillow and real cotton sheets. Best part is a 5 star breakfast buffet included. Was very happy there.

"Lovely hotel"

This Place was wonderful from check in to check out. The daily breakfast buffet is delightful and the wait staff that works it was very pleasant. The hotel is a short walk or tram ride from the central station. It is an uphill walk, but that means lovely views from the room. It is also in a mostly residential area, so quiet at night.

"Great Place"

This hotel was ideal for me as I was exploring other areas of Switzerland so I needed to be close to the Main Train station. This was only a 14 minute walk. Just be aware that the walk is up and down hill as the hotel is located on a hill in Zurich. Facilities were great. The bed wasn’t that wonderful for me because it was extremely soft and it felt like there was a dip in it, but just a minor issue.
