Very helpful staff. Convenient location. Very clean rooms.

Great location, just steps away from the tram stop allowing convenient access to the airport and train station. Also, a short walk to downtown (Bahnhofstrasse). Staff is superb. Really, they could not be more hardworking and it shows. The hotel is beyond clean. And every effort is made to make guests comfortable. Kudos especially to the breakfast attendant who worked tirelessly on replenishing, tidying, etc. an amazing breakfast buffet. She even came around with freshly made smoothies! Truly top service! My only reservations include a very tight bathroom. So tight that one can't use the sink for more than handwashing. A glass ledge positioned just a few inches above the sink precludes easy toothbrushing, much less face washing. Also, sound insulation isn't great. I could hear all of my neighbor's phone conversations. Fortunately, he didn't stay up too late. Those issues aside, a terrific hotel! One of the best in many travels throughout Germany and Switzerland.

Nice welcoming place, great staff. 10 min walk to the city centre. There was a welcome package in my room, such a remarkable personal touch! Excellent breakfast. Good selection of food including smoked salmon, fruits, smoothie, different types of coffee, tasty baked goods. Highly recommend!

Nice comfortable room, attractively furnished, good location, short tram ride to Zürich main station. Very good breakfast buffet.

Was visiting the hotel for a day of sightseeing before going to a business trip. Hotel was a bit far from downtown and up a hill but there's a tram stop just outside. Had a fine stay overall, breakfast was good.

Conveniently located, quiet, safe, comfortable, very attentive and friendly staff, energy saving with towels...requested iron and board which was brought within 2 minutes. Cleaning of room was the least impressive with empty bottles and dirty tea cup left in room. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The walk to the bus depot and train area each day was 10-15 minutes (faster going as it'a all down hill). The staff was quite nice and the breakfast was excellent each morning. The only odd thing and is such a weird place to cut corners, but they never restocked the bathroom supplies (cups, moisturizer, etc) during our 4 night stay. We asked they front desk and still nothing. This isn't a major concern, but seems like a really weird place to save a few pennies.

Easy access bur need to take local transportation

The hotel was very comfortable, staff was very knowledgeable, close to train station, delicious breakfast.
