Abbey Hotel Bath, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Beautiful frontage and excellent location. We received a complimentary upgrade which was lovely and the staff could not have been more helpful or attentive.

The decor looked a bit tired and there were a few areas that were missed by cleaners.

It was perfect for a short stay. Very central. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

Came to see Bath on a bus tour and had about two hours to experience. The city spent so much time in the room and baths that we didn’t have much time to do anything else but on the way out, we stopped at the Abbey hotel to use the restrooms and I asked them if I could get a tea to go in another three minutes with cream but I’m sure that I said cream tea because it took all of four minutes for them to box up beautiful scones with Claudette cream and strawberry jam! It’s not what I asked for in my mind, but they did a really good job of doing what I clearly ordered because they were thinking cream tea, which was after tea! I’m still a great experience because they really rushed to get my order nice and tidy and I really appreciate that! I still wonder what their tea taste like but maybe that’ll be next time!

Location fantastic , close to river and short walk to station . Excellent breakfast served by very attentive staff - Sally Maisie and Daisy were all lovely

It was all good !

Room was nicely decorated and it was spacious. The location was great, you could walk everywhere and there were plenty restaurants around.

On the first night the air conditioning didn’t work well so the room was really hot at night.
