"Bright spark to a trying time, good to come home to at the end of a heavy day."

Location is excellent although occasionally tourist buses can flood the bath parade area. Staff and housekeeping stellar. Especially wanna shout out a desk manager name of ? Furien from Romania who helped me get some unexpected printing done! In hotel bar has Belgian beer on tap! Round the corner is a v good bookshop, excellent pizzeria and gelato. And the abbeys just round the corner!

The staff was beyond friendly, professional and so very helpful: Meghan (front desk) superstar! Joshua at bar/lounge. Super helpful and nice! Sally (Asian) on cafe: darling lady who goes above and beyond!

542 room upgrade was a bit stuffy and warm.

"better places to stay than here"

had to pick a time slot and missed it so missed breakfast at the hotel that we had paid for

plugs by bed side working, air con not stopping on very hot night which made it uncomfortable- they upgraded us to a better room....... which was ground floor and we could hear the night club and leavers of the club till 5am
