It has been a pleasing experience at the hotel which is very close to the Mall Road at starting point near lift and very easy to go near church/ridge area. Breakfast was exceptional and very well organised by the staff specially Tulsi Ram and Kailash. Thank you for the hospitality🙏

Good experience. On the mall. Only minus point are the 72 off steps to climb to the room. House keeping Staff Ajay was very helpful. Will visit again.

Great Property with amazing hospitality specially by Hemraj and his team. We had a great time at the property whether it's about the food, the ambience. Although, all the staff was very helpful and cooperative but Hemraj and Abhishek were great at their work, they were so polite and respectful.It's truly a blessing to have such a staff at the property.

Our stay at Sterling Regency in June'25 was a delightful experience. The property is well-maintained. The service was excellent, and the staff was very cooperative and courteous. Our room was on the 3rd floor, which was pretty spacious and equipped with all Toiletries. We had good valley view from Room. Good thing about this Hotel is Sky lounge area, close proximity to Tourism Lift and hence mall road. There is closer route to Ridge which just take 8-10 mins walking leisurely. Location is just excellent. Things to be noted that there are many stairs that one has to take to goto room or access Hotel lift. Another pain point is Bar just next to this Hotel, which plays loud music till late night. To reach Hotel, first take tourism lift. Once you exit from lift there are around 15-20 stairs to reach Hotel lift. Hotel staff helps in taking your luggage to Hotel. We didn’t had any meals in Hotel so not sure about that.

The hotel is very nice and just build the main city center.The best part of the hotel is its view from the sky lounge.The hotel is very well maintained and very neat and clean.The staff is very helpful and their services are fast. Specially thanks to Mr. Hemraj and Abhishek who provide dinner at sky lounge.The food quality is good.Morning buffet spread is also good .Will come again soon.

Accessibility is a big issue. Car cannot reach the hotel. You have to take public lift and you need to hire a coolie to take your luggage to hotel. Hotel should provide these services. Breakfast was average. Lack of staff. If hotel has a little more crowd they could not manage breakfast Only good things was access to Mall Road. Many good options around Hotel should provide with luggage help upto car park and should also take care of car parks

When we reached the hotel the experience was so good. The hotel was very near to the mall road and lift. So we can easily access anywhere. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff was so helpful and professional. I must say that the manager of this hotel was so helpful to book taxi and other travel plans. It was wonderful staying with family.
