Sterling Legacy Shimla

Memorable Stay, Neat and clean Dlx Rooms, staff is very friendly and ready to help you anytime. Also property Location is Good near by Government Lift. Breakafst buffet had a variety of delicious option. Shimla ridge and jhaku ropeway are walking distance. The view of mountain ranges during mrng and evening was awesome.

Excellent hospitality we just love our stay at sterling Legacy Shimla good weather and stunning buety of mall road. Staff behavior was very courteous they are so good in guest service. It was out second visit to shimla but services are lots of improved from last time.

Nothing I can say as best part of my stay except the view during the breakfast time. i.e.from the lobby. The access to the rooms was very difficult with a steep flght of 42 steps. Apart from this there was aso a ramp. Only after negotiating 40 steps one can a lift which often went on repair or power cut. Undependable lift. Sr.Citizens and jpeope with weak limbs please avaoid this resort. Even the young and abe bodied who comes with a family will frown at this. This is at a top and Mall Road is at the bottom. The members after paying lakhs should face hardship by traversing all these stairs. Is it not a headache for trekking up and down each time esp. for a member who wishes to go around the town? The breakfast is served under the sky. Whenever it rains ala carte menu is given. It takes minimum 2 hrs to serve food on such occasions. The GM is helpless The Sterling should pull up their sleeves and act in the right direction. They should find an alternative resort in Shima which has basic amenities like lfit , restaurant etc - An indignant sterling resort member. This was our first stay at this hotel. First - it is right on the Mall road - means you get to enjoy the best of Shimla with two steps out of the hotel. Second - what a warm and comfortable hotel and staff. Had awesome parathas and bhaturas and what not for the breakfast. Just amazing. The staff in the hotel go the extra mile to make sure you enjoy every moment of your stay here and pamper you all the way through. Thanks to mr. Hemraj and Vikrant.Longing to be there again.

This amazing hotel is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Shimla. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff very friendly and courteous, the food is excellent. Situated on the Mall, it is close to all the attractions of Shimla, the weather was amazing, It was lovely to watch the sun set, sipping drinks on the terrace. Specifically thanks to mr. Hemraj and mr. Balbir.

Great view ,friendly staff and excellent service by Hemraj and his team.The view of the mountain was also great.Buffet was also great.If you are a bird watcher then you can find many exotic bird species in the morning.all the whole property was also very beautiful.Overall a good place to stay.

The room service was extremely slow, same for the restaurant - some of the items didnt come!!
