Hôtel Restaurant Cave Bel-Air

Beautiful location next to the lake and overlooking vineyards to the side. Restaurant served very good food and staff very friendly. Room was large and comfortable and clean. Would stay again for sure as it is very good value.

To be picky another choice of beer would have been great.

Parking although very close has to be paid at a meter, for a max 3 hour period between 8 and 18.00 h. This can make it a little tricky but no great problem

Great location. The view from the room was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok.

Noise. There was loud music playing at the outer restaurant until about 2.30 am and some very loud persons who obviously did not care about other persons sleep and comfort.

Not much good to say about this place except it’s located in a nice area

I got one of the junior rooms on the second floor. It had been 36 degrees Celsius. There was one small window with no ventilation. I managed to find someone one of the managers, even though I arrived on the Thursday when the reception was closed, and asked him for a fan . I was told he did not have any. I asked him to find out if he could get one, hard to believe a hotel like this in Switzerland did not have a fan, he actually started to tell me off and belittled me because I wanted a fan. Every other hotel I had stayed at, either had a fan or air conditioning. The room was like a sauna, I asked him to change rooms, he told me the hotel was full again, yet just two cars in the parking lot. This truly was the worst place ever. On top of being belittled by the hotel manager. He actually told me to be cool. This guy was a joke. You should take this hotel off your listings
