Kindly and friendly staff to care about customer. good cafeteria at lake side all day

in summer hot season it was difficult to sleep without air conditioning. we need the fridge to have fresh drink in the night time.

The lake-side location, the garden terraces, the room size, and the comfort of the bed & bedding were all excellent. We were over the moon that there was a large fan in our room during the heatwave days of July. The staff was pleasant, kind and accommodating. The breakfast coffee was superb, the best I've had in my many visits to Switzerland.

The breakfast was on the meager side compared to other stays we've had. The main restaurant was nothing special either. Although it was nice to be in a place with many locals, their Friday night karaoke at the lake side grill was very loud and went until midnight...Hard to have one's peace...probably best if one is the type to join in!

kind of chaos with check in, because there was not receptionist,but after little waiting I have got my room.

Breakfast was pathetic, no protein at first, only sweets, not even any butter offered with the bread. I did ask for some, i got very small pieces of ham and cheese. i had not realized that the bathroom wasn't in the room but separate, not very practical.

Lovely rural setting, very picturesque and warm receptive staff too. Would certainly stay again. And in fact thinking of my next visit to Switzerland already!

Only area where perhaps there could be improvement is to provide a warm option for breakfast, even if we have to pay a little extra for it, I would be prepared to do that.
