Приятная квартира со всем необходимым на кухне и верандой наверху. Есть стириральная машина и микроволновка. Супер хост, всегда на связи! Мой автобус опоздал и он ждал меня до 2х часов ночи 🥲 Можно в аренду снять электробайк, хватает заряда и до бана хилс и до хойан. До моря (пляж без людей почти - замечательно) 5 минут. До рынка 5 минут - покупала там морепродукты, фруткы

Place is great and well kept, has everything you need. The host is cool and will help you with anything. On top floor: cross ventilation, endless fresh air. Sunrises on the rooftop.

On top floor: water pump is annoying, little jet going off. Will probably wake you up if you don't wear earplugs. Also a lot of construction around.

Magnificent apartment in an area where local residents live, which gives you the opportunity to see the life of Vietnamese people from close by. Walking distance to the beach. Near the market, shops, cafes. Friendly, caring host. There is a possibility to use a bicycle for free.

The only drawback is the very low ceiling in two-level room. People with a height of more than 175 centimeters should be very careful not to hit their heads.

Sehr herzlicher Vermieter. Als ich einen Tag krank im Bett lag, und er gemerkt hat, das mein Motorrad vor der Tür stand hat er angerufen und sich erkundigt, ob ich Medizin oder einen Arzt brauche.

Amazing apartment in a great location, surrounded by tons of local food restaurants! It had everything needed for a comfortable short or long stay, clean, well-equipped, and fast WiFi. The host was exceptional, responsive, and super helpful.

Sometimes you could hear karaoke from down the street, though it adds to the lively local vibe and wasn't a big issue.

За свои деньги неплохо, подойдёт для того, чтобы пожить недельку. Есть холодильник, плита, стиральная машина. Это местный райончик, удалён от большой дороги, но если вы на байке, то это вообще не проблема. Байк можно арендовать у хозяина. Рядом есть магазин и рынок, несколько типа кафешек с лапшой.

Во Вьетнаме сложно найти тихое место, абсолютной тишины нигде нет. Тут соседи могли вечером петь в караоке, но до 23:00 заканчивали, к большому счастью. Где-то рядом была стройка, утром это было слышно, но в берушах норм. Если вы не супер чувствительны к шуму, то здесь вам будет комфортно. Просто я живу несколько лет во Вьетнаме и от малейшего шума у меня уже глаз дёргается. Объективно - норм. Квартира чуть уставшая, мебель пошарпана

This is my second long-ish stay at Seashine Apartment and Homestay and it really does feel like I'm staying at a home away from home. The owner (Mr. Tuấn) is welcoming, organised, friendly, and super-helpful -- he is always on hand if you need anything or have any questions -- nothing is ever a problem. I feel really lucky and grateful to have found this chilled and lovely spot in Da Nang. It's a 500-metre walk to the beach and is nestled within a bustling (but not too busy) neighbourhood. Entry into the apartments is keyless so for those not wanting to deal with cards, keys etc., this is just so convenient and easy. The apartment is spacious, well-furnished with everything you might need for a short, mid-length or longer stay. The local area has everything you need for daily requirements -- mini-supermarket across the road, local wet market around the corner, lots of little eateries (excellent banh mi every way you turn, but go early) and coffee stalls. There is an excellent local coffee shop just across the lane, too (literally 5 seconds across the alley). In terms of transport options, Mr. Tuấn also has motorbikes (standard and e-motorbikes) for hire on site; otherwise, it's a cheap Grab/Xanh SM into the more touristy areas of Da Nang's beaches or over the bridges into town. Note: there is, like most areas of Da Nang, the occasional neighbourhood karaoke party, but they usually finish by about 9pm (at the latest). They don't bother me, but just something to keep in mind (and not be surprised by!).

Nice little apartment with everything you need! We booked for 4 nights but we ended up extending for an extra night. Comfy beds & good Wifi! Good location, close to the beach and easy enough to reach the centre. The host Tuan was very helpful and friendly, he catered to all of our needs. You can also rent a scooter from him. We were also allowed to get free coffees from the cafe round the corner which was paid for by Tuan, this was a great perk! The washing machine was very handy & detergent was provided. There is also free drinking water available at the property! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Da Nang!
