Seashine Apartment

Well, the host is awesome and did his best in terms of warm greetings, communication, and being hospitable in general

But the place isn't worth what I paid for it compared to other apartments in Da Nang. It was around 1M per night, and for that price, it's super overpriced — at least twice, in my personal opinion — based on the fact that I stayed in at least 6–7 other apartments in Da Nang. The place actually looks much more worn and less clean than in the photos. 10/10 for the host, 5/10 for the place, 2/10 for the price I paid.

This is a superb place to stay in Da Nang! Ten minutes from the beach, lots of great local places to eat nearby, a great cafe over the road, a morning market and lots more. The area is ideal if you want to avoid the noise and chaos of the more touristic areas, and you're only a short Grab ride away from Son Tra, An Thuong and the city centre. Fast, stable WiFi, great facilities for longer stays. The owner, Tuan, is so friendly and helpful, he will do everything he can to make your stay the best it can be. There are even eBikes available to rent at the property.

Nice comparatively quiet neighbourhood around (close to the sea, market, cafes), fast wifi, very pleasant and helpful owner, the room was clean and spacious.

Super friendly staff, welcomed us with 3 big bottles of water and some fresh fruit for us. The washing machine wasn't working, but he offered to wash and dry our clothes for us which was super helpful! Really close to the beach, with a coffee shop opposite. Smart TV worked well

The apartment is totally overpriced, it’s old, worn, damp and smelt. The photos do not reflect the real thing and the washing machine doesn’t work.

Seashine Apartment was in the perfect location for our trip. Located down a small lane, the building is situated in an active little neighbourhood, yet also in a quiet spot. It is a direct 500m walk over to Man Thai beach. Also, there is a lovely coffee shop just downstairs so you don't have to stumble too far to get a strong and delicious Vietnamese coffee to kickstart your day. There are lots of little food stalls and shops within 100 to 200 metres' walking distance, as well as being located very close to the local Man Thai morning market (if you feel like cooking and/or fresh fruit and vegetables). Down the lane and across the road, you also have access to a large-ish mini-market (not like the mini-marts; stocked more like a supermarket). It is a short 5 to 10 minute motorbike ride into the more touristy parts of beachside Da Nang (or a 30-40 minute walk if you're that way inclined). Again, this was the perfect location for our stay as we were looking for a quiet and restorative break on this trip. Note: the occasional block party can get LOUD (there is no volume control)! Parties usually wrapped up within a couple of hours, though. No big deal. We enjoyed the mayhem and noise, but others might not. The apartment that we stayed in at Seashine was on a higher floor and exactly as described on this platform. Spacious with everything you could need for a short to mid-length stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, had lots of natural light as well as a small balcony. Basic toiletries and drinking water also provided upon arrival (filtered drinking water dispenser on site for guest use too). Wifi connection was solid. Hot water was great. There is also a lovely rooftop area to use -- gives you a nice 360-degree view of the area (mountains and sea included). Anh Tuấn (the owner) is very welcoming, friendly, and super-helpful -- nothing was ever a problem, he was always there to help with any questions. So happy that we found Seashine Apartment.

Everything was great.

It was moldy to the point of no return. As we left, mold on our clothes and property. Had to throw them out. I had gotten sick 2 times in the apartment in the space of a month then I got sick again as I moved out to a new place. I looked up online that mold can suppress my immunity and would now make sense why I’m sick 3 times in the span of one month. Please avoid this place if you don’t want to end up like me. I’m feeling incredibly sick still.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities needed like a washer and good shower.
