Very helpful staff. Helped me with storing my luggage, and explaining breakfast and locker policy.

Furniture needs revamp (frayed carpets, armchairs, cupboards, etc.) Also, I'd appreciate it if the washroom had as many pegs for hanging towels as there were beds in the room (mine had 2 fewer). I couldn't stand the Air Wick smell all around the hostel. Why such an intense home fragrance, and why use it literally everywhere? My room was constantly somewhat dark (or rather, not as bright as it could have been) because of the relatively small window and heavy curtains too difficult to move.

The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable!

Exellet service, good locations, good staff all of them I recommend this Hostal very nice and all you can do is near my stay was very good If I Will go to Toronto again I Will stay with you guys Hello from Guatemala.

I didn’t eat the breakfast Location was excellent!

The 14 bed room the bed was flimsy and shook like there was an earthquake every time someone moved. The four sleeper room beds were much more comfortable, especially the bottom larger size.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable

Estaba de paso en Toronto, únicamente lo usé para tomar una ducha. Todo perfecto.

No puedo decir nada porque únicamente me duché.
