Great facilities. Nice pool. Great location. Great customer service.

Clean and comfy place. Nice pool, you could actually swim in it :) good options for the breakfast buffet and a decent mini-gym. Location is within walking distance (or 40k by grab) from the night market which was also a plus. Lots of local food options around. We liked the staff too, very friendly and helpful, especially Lucy from the reception desk.

Excellent hotel in Hoi An .All the staff were very supportive. Both the days very tasty buffet breakfast. We enjoyed lot. Recommend for all visitors to Hoi An. Specially Ms Dinh and her friend were very very supportive. Thank to all staff. We will come back again.

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in Felt so luxurious, looked and smelt amazing Such a nice relaxing atmosphere, staff were so sweet, friendly and helpful. Service 10/10. Buffet breakfast amazing. Beautiful pool area. Would come back here for sure! Highly recommend

Great pool and spacious room

Found multiple bugs on/in the bed and had to switch rooms. (I don’t think they were bed bugs) We expected a discount or some sort of offer at checkout due to this and the hassle of changing rooms and we were shocked when nothing was offered. We had to suggest a discount in which a female staff member refused which left a disappointing impression.
