"Beautiful location with exceptional staff and pleasant amenities"

We loved our room. Exceptional size family room with the rooftop private pool was so impressive and for such a great price! We enjoyed the selection at breakfast, it’s not the biggest array of food we’ve seen but it covers the bases (cereal, egg station, pho, pastries, fruits, other hot food items). We liked the location. It was relatively quiet with a shuttle service to the beach and to old town provided at set times throughout the day but the real an of this place was the lovely staff. Always greeting us with a smile and never anything seemingly a bother to them. We had a 5am check out so we checked out the night before and they made up breakfast packs for us and the kids to travel to the airport with. So thoughtful and so generous. We really enjoyed our peaceful stay

The bed was quite firm but this is personal preference.

"Great atmosphere and delicious breakfast!"

Perfect location if you don’t like to be in the middle of the crazy areas but still have easy access to Ancient City (they have a free shuttle to take you there). The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all very kind and welcoming! They offer a lot of activities at the hotel which is also very nice.

The gym wasn’t very functional with a lot of broken items :(

"Lovely little quiet hotel perfect for a stay in hoi an."

The staff at this property were so kind and welcoming, I had an issue with my air conditioning however they went above and beyond to ensure that it was sorted. Beds were comfortable and hotel facilities were spotless.
