I loved this beautiful hotel, especially the pool area and the entire staff. The front desk staff are so sweet, as are the food and beverage team and housekeeping did an excellent daily job. Thank you all so much for making my stay so beautiful. Just such a lovely experience in a cute quiet area. I also loved the bike availability, front lobby and rooftop view! Oh and one of the best hairdryers ever!!

Just the incense, but that’s not a negativity note on a hotel striving to be clean & fresh! That’s just my allergens writing.

Very attentive and welcoming staff, rooms large and comfortable with pretty details. I loved the pool area, great breakfast, and very good massage service... Appreciated the amenities and the free bike rental and free shuttle service. Used both as the hotel is quite a walk from the old town. I'd return to this hotel , in fact, I liked that it wasn't right in the busy old town but in a quieter area.

There was an issue with the first room, but the staff solved it quickly and with much care, so no issues for me.
