The staff went above and beyond for us during our stay. Upon checking in we asked for a fan and they were able to believe one within an hour.

Close to a nice river walk. Convenience of having car right in front of the room. Esthetically pleasing.

Toilet did not flush unless we took the top off the tank and manually lifted the flushing device. Took a while for both sink and shower water to warm up (thought there was no hot water at first). Rack to hang clothes on and curtain rod seemed flimsy. We did not hang anything on the rack because of that. Booklet of info said Netflix was included, but it was not (kept asking for password). In fact, could only access literally just a few live tv channels; everything else required a subscription. There were a few loud people hanging around a nearby bar/restaurant and we could hear them laughing and talking loudly. Could also hear the people in the room next door. We have been traveling across the country for a couple of weeks now and have stayed in many hotels that offered more for a lot less.

I liked everything! Always do! AND POUR OVER COFFEE!

The TP is subpar

We really liked the little sitting area in the room. And the updates were done very nice and thoughtful.

Pagosa springs Colorado this hotel is amazing rooms are very nice and clean amd easy to get into the rooms lady you talk to is very friendly and awesome to deal with will definitely be coming back to this location
