It was a great location. The Neon Mallard was a great surprise. The room was clean and cozy.

I wish we would of had a room with some seating.

Location was ideal, room was incredibly cozy and comfortable. Walkable to everything. We had a great time in Pagosa Springs and our stay was everything we wanted.

The motel management made a fair effort to spruce up otherwise basic guest rooms. The location was near other restaurants and bars in town. It was about 20-30 minutes to Wolf Creek ski area. My only problem was that the room smelled from some type of cleaning. I'm happy they paid attention to cleaning but the odor permiated my cloths for days after I left.
