Was to my expectations and would definitely stay again

Shower temperature was too hot when changing it, no bin liners, blinds were not fully closed

The staff is helpful, they shifted to us twin room when we need it.

We booked for the room for nearly 40 days, some things are not working, there is cleaning facilities but I don't think so they are working properly, boiler didn't work in one room then we shifted back to other room. And in the other room hot water comes after waiting 20 to 25 min in the shower. Also the fridge, the light was off, sometimes it turned on or off. There is no cycle rack in car park, one day somebody try to break the lock for the cycle. They didn't allow us to put cycle inside. And it's is expensive.

Location is great in the middle of the town.

First we were allocated apartments no 2,. Small in size it was alright. Unfortunately there was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom. However we had to change rooms as the bed linen was dirty. Once changed to room no 12 this was better, however bed linen were not clean again. We contacted the emergency service and they arranged for bed linen to be changed. All in all a very mixed bag of experience. The sign on the outside of the building says "luxury ". That it definitely wasn't.
