It was comfy

Had people in the building banging and shouting until the early hours

Location good. Picking up the keys from the lockbox was straightforward. Parking was available for us when we got there. Room facilities (tea, coffee, fridge etc) generally good and there was a fully equipped kitchen which we used. The room was facing a main road however it didn't prevent any sleep and wasn't noisy except when we opened the window to let some air in.

We had a power trip. Luckily I was able to reset the breaker as the box was in the room however then the shower wouldn't get hot. Contacted the owner and they provided a code to an alternative shower room which was fine. The showers generally weren't very good though outside of this. They kinda just dribbled

Everything is well thought out.
