Do primeiro atendimento. minha namorada viajou antes de mim, ao chegar na recepção foi informada que o hotel não tinha recebido reserva do booking, mesmo eu tendo recebido a confirmação de reserva, tendo o valor cobrado em meu cartão o recepcionista foi EXTREMAMENTE mau educado, falando que o problema da reserva não era dele e que não iria faer nada. atendimento realmente deixou MUITO a desejar. nao indico e não volto
