Especificamente o atendente do Hotel, completamente desprepardo para atendimento ao público, o hóspede deixou aa chave na portaria para higienizacao do seu quarto e o time do hotel perdeu a chave do meu quarto, ai a confusão começou, pq o atendente nao encontrava a chave reserva e acusou o hóspede de nao ter recebido a chave , mencionando ( daí e a minha palavra contra a sua) esse foi as palavras do ate de te despreparo... enfim depois de um tempão um outro funcionário encontrou a chave reserva e fomos até o quarto e o mesmo havia sido higienizado, portanto a chave havia mesmo sido entregue e não tinha a menor necessidade do atendente ter ido buscar as imagens na câmera para ver se eu havia mesmo entregue a chave ... Foi uma péssima experiência e nao recomendo esse hotel ...

Quartos limpos e cheirosos, cama confortável, café da manhã variado e delicioso, atendentes cordiais e educados, ótimo custo-benefício, bem localizado. Minha parada em Fco. Beltrão é nesse hotel. Nota 1000!
