Great location good rooms, fantastic doning room and food

We could never contact them when trying to make a booking for the dining room. Didnt answer the phone it went straight to music, didnt resoond to booking.com messgaes emails, Sms ..tried for 3 days and eventually had to drive there..90mon teturn trip!!!

Great location. Friendly staff.

Room was dark and dated, in an external old concrete block with people walking past the window. On the 2nd evening the people in the next room sat outside talking and could see right in unless we shut the curtains. That made room even darker. En-suite shower was like a ‘wet room’ so water goes everywhere- there is a floor mop but it’s a pretty daft setup as you walk water all over the room. No shower mat. Big en-suite though. We were there for 2 nights and had no housekeeping visit at all. Breakfast was cold continental. Ok but limited and coffee machine wasn’t working properly. Dinner was reasonable but very limited menu. Cod or lamb. I had both on different nights, cod was just warm We’d had better lamb in Hotel Vágar where we’d come from. And it was very expensive food! We’ve since eaten in 2 other places and had excellent food for half the price. 2 packed lunches were around £40! A sandwich ( no choice offered) , an apple, a single Tunnocks and a bottle of water. I guess it has a total monopoly on the immediate area and can charge these prices. I will be suggesting friends going next year visit for day and have a coffee but don’t stay here.

Excellent score mostly as there was an issue with the room late at night and the way the staff dealt with it and treated us… they went above and beyond . Thank you. Great food in the restaurant.

(Superior room) no decent shower basin so bathroom floods

Wir waren im Nebengebäude mit Blick auf Ort und Meer untergebracht. Zimmer funktional, Hotel super Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge, Wanderungen und Bergtouren. Essen im Restaurant und Frühstück fanden wir sehr gut.

Zimmer war vielleicht etwas hellhörig, aber das stellte keine Beeinträchtigung dar, nachts war es sehr ruhig.
