This apartment is beyond disgusting. Upon entry there was a broken table, disgustingly stained ironing board, dirt on the chairs, mould growing on the sink and in the shower, stained curtains. The adult pool was not open. The electrics for some of the light sockets were broken, this is a health hazard, hotels.com should not be advertising this unit as it is a hazard. Shame on the owners and property management.

clean clear instructions. fan too cold. cannot adjust lower.

-cleaner forgot to put new towel. contact host and get opss instead of sorry. luckily there is one disposable towel in cupboard. ask host to send new one, however the host said to use it for tomorrow as well. “it will be dry by then”. take note i share it with my husband. so one disposable bath towel use it twice , and shared between two person. super dissapointed by this issue. cleaning fee itself is rm60 yet no towel and no effort to send new one. ive should have check in to 1-2star hotel. same price -also, guard is very strict. and host only give QR for checkin day. if next day u go out for brekfast, u wont be able to go in again. and need to ask host new qr. its a hassle.

The location for the property is good. the 7th floor facilities is well maintained.

The facilities in the unit is not well maintain. For example, the toilet is clean. Basic toileteries is not equipment. Only one Shampoo label was given but not sure what is the content. Poor maintenance in kitchen facilities. Door knob was loosen and afraid burglary may happen.
