H20 Residences at Ara Damansara

I just like the swimming pools for my kids. The apartment unit was so basic. No water dispenser

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the toilets. There was a noticeable urine odor, and I had to clean the floors myself to eliminate the smell. While the accommodation offered a relaxing staycation experience, having access to streaming services like Netflix would have significantly enhanced the entertainment options during my downtime. This is a suggestion for future guest consideration.

The location of the apartment. Located near a supermarket & local food outlets. Easy access to major malls.

The apartment only the master bedroom had a cupboard. The other rooms only a double bed. The occupant of the other room had to use their luggage as their cupboard. Air conditioning needs servicing & had to use the working batteries in one remote to facilitate the operation of the other units. Air host response to rectify WiFi not working took a long time with poor response time. Cutlery insufficient only 2 coffee mugs & 4 drinking glasses. The list goes on. Will put our feedback on TripAdvisor. We feel booking.com must ensure owners offering such accommodation must inform customers of the apartment facilities.

Excellent facilities (pool, gym etc). Apartment was good value for money and was perfect for what we needed (somewhere to sleep during a busy weekend), but we might have reconsidered if we needed to spend more time in the accommodation. Kitchen seemed good but didn't use it.

No hot water, no soap or hand towels, nowhere to hang towels, very hard mattresses. No reception to ask for help or WiFi password outside of room. Smell in communal corridors.

Clean, Air conditioning is cool enough

Wash room you see all cleaning tools hanging, no towel, Body wash nearly empty. The room wallrope has warning wordings you would have pressure, location is suit for who is driving just a shop inside the building.
