Wonderful place I would highly recommend. Great staff and ambiance. Love it and love the decor. Ivan and Eron was very helpful. Breakfast was good and the facilities are very modern. I’ll be happy to stay again anytime in Kampala. Would recommend the spa as well.

yes, the location is beautiful, the hotel itself is amazing, the pool and gym...already missing it. But it would be nothing, nothing without the exceptionally professional and friendly staff - well done!!

Excellent hotel

Not a bad place to stay. The rooms were comfortable and self contained, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. The food and drink portions seemed small for the prices. The menu was limited with a few items not available that were on the menu. Some of the breakfast area furniture needs to be updated with a few torn seat cushions. But all in all the staff were very professional and friendly. The atmosphere was very peace, serene and quite if that is what you are looking for. Location is great!

It is a very cute boutique hotel with great views. The facilities are cosy yet spacious as well as well maintained. You can relax in different areas including two swimming pools and three restaurants. The SPA and sauna is excellent and so is the food and coffee!

Service is top notch we enjoyed our Friends BIRTHDAY and breakfast buffet was very huge with lots of food not comparable and the ambience is beautiful and rewarding experience at this exquisite Latitude zero degrees hotel with courteous staff and all round facilities that I believe are unrivalled across Africa. This is a world class hotel in architecture, facilities, services, management and staff are so welcoming our server made us feel at home and very safe security of our belonging we didn't have any worry special thanks to Kizza lvan served us very well and to executive Chef Zoran who checked on us

Boutique feel, nice property, friendly staff but alas service is way too slow from restaurant and bar, food als underwhelming. This was our second stay in a space of two years so looks like some backsliding has taken place. Took a whole hour to get a very basic order of goat muchomo, drink service too slow testing our patience, next day same thing even with just basic cappuccinos - will have to reconsider a revisit or if I do: dine elsewhere unless service gets its act together
