Great stay with a great spa and great service.

Latitude 0 Degrees is one of the most beautiful accommodations I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing! From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was absolutely blown away by the exquisite decor from all over the African continent. Even MORE enchanting, I had the opportunity to chat with the architect himself! The way the designers seamlessly blended stunning antiques from all over our beautiful continent with impeccable attention to detail and the most flattering lighting is breathtaking. The rooftop restaurant ambiance especially noteworthy when the sun sets and the room magically transforms. It's not just the aesthetics that make Latitude 0 Degrees stand out—it's the incredible staff too. Ereu and Ivan were cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable, providing just the right amount of guidance without being intrusive. The bars are fully stocked with everything you could possibly want, and with three gorgeous restaurants to choose from, you'll have African, Asian and Italian dining options. The rooms are gorgeous, comfortable, and well-appointed. From the plush furnishings to the thoughtful touches, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a luxurious stay. I honestly cannot recommend Latitude 0 Degrees highly enough to anyone who appreciates impeccable style and sensational experiences—all at a reasonable price!

The facility is awesome although I was disappointed with the shower water pressure which was too low. I expressed it to the management but they never did anything. That's one thing I think they seriously need to really look into and rectify.

This hotel is Fantastic it was my first time visiting I was treated very well by staff food was really good from what I ate. But this hotels decor and Garden Feel are outstanding I don’t know who the designers were but they selected fantastic Materials. Loved it

The property is beautiful. Expedia has the wrong categories of rooms listed - there is no room called an executive suite.

A fantastic hotel with exceptional service - especially from Timothy, Jennifer and Emlyn. Extraordinary decor, great setting, superb service, reasonable value. But you need to replace the toast maker at breakfast - embarrassingly cheap and inadequate. Only disappointment is the food - average to good not great like everything else.

I love this property which is easily the best in Kampala. Setting is great but location a little too far from central - but the service and ambience makes up for the disgusting Kampala traffic.

Beautiful property overlooking Kampala. It's worth spending time there with the facilities and the natural setting. The staff were great, but food could improve (we had better in other places throughout Uganda, especially considering prices).

The service was great, but the TV almost never had more than 1 station that worked. Other than that it was great.
