Magnificent Condos in Downtown Toronto

It was good

It took over 2 hrs to try and check in, making us miss dinner reservations and late for another event. I understand hiccups happen. However, horrible customer service, property refused to call in person to help resolve the issue. No onsite representative to assist. I will never book with them again. Nor recommend to anyone.

Good location, safe and quiet.

When I arrived the ac wasn't working the apartment had a terrible smell and none of the bathroom doors locked

To begin with, this was NOT a 3 bedroom apartment, as stated in the listing. There was a third bed in a common area. They are purposely misleading people. Next, after booking I was hit with an “extra guest” fee, despite the listing saying it could accommodate up to 8 people. This fee is hidden from the main page of the listing. Finally, I PAID these crooks for 2 parking spots, parked in the assigned spots and still received a $75 parking ticket. They clearly made some sort of error on their end, but refuse to take any accountability for it. Not to mention that even setting up parking was an runaround with globalstay initially saying to contact the building for parking, but the building front desk knowing nothing about it. It wasn’t until I found an whatsapp number for globalstay and called several times that I was (clearly incorrectly) set up with parking. Also, communication has been spotty at best. Both on the day of my stay, and in the time since. Checking in is a weird game of finding a lockbox in a stairwell. The place was also only moderately clean, with things like foreign hair on the washroom floor. I could normally see past something like that, but not when the rest of the stay was filled with issues. Do NOT stay with Globalstay.

Like others mentioned, once you get past the check in instructions the place is great! The room was clean and comfortable and the surrounding area is quiet and safe. Will stay again.

It's has awesome views of the city. The location is fantastic. Walkable to Budweiser stage and Liberty village for a Toronto vibe. Grab a bite there, on a patio before the concert. We would stay again.

Hotels.com made the reservation itself simple, but what came afterwards with the company (Globalstay) was an absolute mess. First of all, the reservation is completely NR . Second of all, Globalstay required that I provide a picture of my identification, a selfie of me holding my identification, a picture of the other guest’s identification, and a deposit payable via PP, all before they provide the check-in instructions, which only came 2 days before our stay. Not only was this an odd and complicated process, but it did not leave me feeling good about it. Reviews from other sites reported several issues/complaints about this process. The room and the stay itself were fine. The place was decent for the price and we had no complaints there. We took several pictures of the room as we walked in and again before we left, to be on the safe side. However, a day or two after our stay, I received an email saying that some money would be deducted from my deposit because of “2 missing decorative pillow cases”. We never touched any decorative pillow cases, so I was very confused. I emailed them back to ask for details and they didn’t reply for 2 days, despite having previously being very fast with replies. I finally got an email indicating it was a mistake and the cleaning crew found the pillow cases, but it was still a very frustrating experience, especially since other reviewers stated issues with receiving their deposit back.

It was a nice place to stay for me and my guests. The sofa pullout was broken but it wasn’t a huge deal because there were 3 queen beds
