Property was well maintained and cleaned. Had a great stay. Last minute communication that i needed was very quick and thorough. Highly recommend this place and will likely use again!!
The area was great, great views, lots of natural light. Enough room for four adults ( two couples) or a family of four to six with kids. The okays were the sofa is well used and either broken or heavily worn down. The beds were okay but again likely need replacing. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus. Lots of towels, sheets and blankets. No cookie sheets, and no spatulas so flipping eggs was tricky. Lots of glassware, dinnerware, and eating utensils. Having two bathrooms was great also. Overall this place was good for what we needed and wanted for the weekend. However it is showing its wear and tear and cost doesn't match the photos. Check in was okay. A little confusing but not to bad. It would be great to have everything in one attachment instead of having to watch videos and click on links. I would rent from this company again as they were easy to deal with and close to everything we were doing.

Place was really kept clean and the management was honestly amazing.
Paid for parking & someone else was parked in my spot when I got back. Ended up getting a $75 parking violation
I booked because the listing says there is a gym, hot tub, and pool. Upon checking in, they told me it's only for people who live in the condo. They were very unapologetic about the false advertising and offered no solutions. I would stay away. Find a better place. Toronto has a lot of better spots with better customer service.
