Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston North I-45 Spring by IHG

The TV in room 320 could only play the Disney channel, meaning when we would look on the guide menu the TV would freeze and not move until turned off and back on. The tub felt like there was a film left in it. The beds were comfortable, and we could set the thermostat on a desired temperature, which was nice.

The property was clean but the surroundings were sketchy. Also, there was a lot of noise from 1960.

Great stay breakfast was my favorite the biscuit & gravy was delicious. The staff was very nice and sweet. Not a lot of traffic in and out this was a peaceful stay

Overall on the surface the hotel seemed nice, but after beim gin the room for 10 minutes it was clear that the rooms were poorly cleaned. The comfortors had dirt smugges on them (not stains). There was hair on the bathroom floor. But the most disturbing was the floors. My 3 year old took her shoes off and was playing in the room for 10 minutes and the bottom of her feet were black from how dirty the carpets are.

great hotel for stay with family with kids. Very clean and housekeeping is done every day (lately some hotels just do that by asking). the bathroom is too large, ideal if you travel with kids, and the breakfast is really good. around the hotel is safe just the view isn't nice.

Wall design is poor We could hear sound from next door, water flushing, floor tile chipped at the main entrance and TV premier channel not working Front desk we will change room at 8 pm once we are already settled
