Bed was not comfortable for me, too soft, sink into mattress. Pillows were flat and had no support. Otherwise room was great.

Issues with plumbing. Shower faucet and showers did not work. Tub does not drain. There are many hotels around. Please find a better one. Thanks.

"Broken stuff but fine"

Decent hotel but half of the things were broken. The toilet, shower, door handles.. lots of broken things. Staff was kind. The area is what it is - not one of the best parts of Houston of course but everything went fine. Need to work on fixing things and then it’ll be more worth the money.
