Serenity Villa Hoi An

Excelent location. Walking distance to everywhere. Elevator is a plus. Kind and helpfull stuff. Pool doesnt looked the same in the photos it needs to be cleaned. Poor breakfast.

Noisy, could be more carefull about cleaning no hausekeeping.

This property was in the heart of Old Town just 2 mins from the night market and wonderful places to eat. We stayed here for 3 weeks and enjoyed the easy location. Free bikes to use as well which was a real bonus. Staff were always attentive and very friendly to any requests.

Nothing everything was perfect.

Would definitely stay there again

Gave 7 because of the excellent location - short walk to main street which makes it really easy to move around. Mr Thinh the Manager, was also very prompt in all my queries and helpful with organizing local tours for me and my family members - we are very grateful for this. He runs the place as it's his own family business - the Villa, the tours and spa next door. The 4 local tours we signed up were generally enjoyable. Tour guides speak English too.

We had 4 rooms booked and the rooms were generally quite clean but they are basic and quite run down. Some doors were replaced with glass door but had paper covered for privacy. Unfortunately, a few rooms had some ants crawling around. As we were there only for 2N we did not bother to ask for housekeeping. I can also feel the springs on the mattress bed when I slept, the mattress probably need a change soon! Can't take away drinks as they don't have them in disposable cups. Some of the tour guides may be quite inexperienced. We had young children amongst us so they should have highlighted to exclude the young children in some of the places, example Marble Mountain climb. The Spa next to the Villa took a cash deposit when we made massage reservations for a group of 6 persons to return 2hrs later. Unfortunately, I totally forgot about the deposit and we paid the full amount after using their massage services. Maybe they forgot about our deposit too! :(
