The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic experience.We got a free upgrade to the deluxe room with a bigger bed and nicer washroom.There is no elevator but dont worry they will bring your bags up for you again thank you so much we had a faboulous time when we go back to Chiang Mei we will def stay there again.😁 Geoff and Denise from Canada

great place to stay for a good price

Amazing!

Large modern room, good air con, then it malfunctioned but they moved me straight away. Pool is small but welcome. A few signs would help as it's a bit counter intuitive when you leave, also the entrance needs a bit more light.

Such a convient place , booked another stay . Staff is very helpful and polite!

Very Friendly Staff , even upgraded our room for us. We booked another night. Room was very nice . They cleaned the room while we ate breakfast even held bags while we went to see elephants .

It was wonderful. The room was beautiful, staff is so friendly and helpful, they even picked up our laundry for us while we were out. The entrance is super nice, you walk over a koi pond. And great location in the center of Chiang Mai. Would stay here again happily!

Very nice, clean, comfortable, and quiet accommodation in walking distance of all important sites to visit in central Chiang Mai. Staff is very helpful.
