Sonder Greektown

Awesome location with easy access to downtown as well as a bus right outside that took us north to Wrigley for gameday on Saturday. I was worried it might be noisy given that the highway is so close, but we couldn't hear a thing from inside, especially when the AC was on. There is an HMart a 3-minute walk away, as well as a Mariano's and Whole Foods about 8 minutes away. With the kitchen and in-unit laundry, this would be a great place for an extended stay if it is in your budget.

The unit was overall quite clean, but a couple of harder-to-reach places could've used more attention, namely under the bed and up in corners. Note there is no elevator, so if you are hauling a lot of luggage, just prepare yourself for some steeper stairs.

This place is awesome, location also excellent, like everything about it, highly recommended, one thing need to be noted, there is no escalator/elevator, we stayed at fourth floor, if you are not willing to climb four story building with your luggages , this might not be for you, otherwise, one of the best place to stay in Chicago

Great location, easy stay!

The sofa-bed wasn't comfortable at all and some elements, such as window glass, chandeliers and the upper part of the partition wall were dirty or dusty. The access code to the apartment initially communicated by email was different from the one shown on the app, misleading us and forcing us to call customer service. Finally, we would like to point out the lack of kitchen equipment, especially pots and pans. Apart from these aspects, our overall opinion of the apartment is positive and our stay at the Sonders was quite pleasant.

Great apartment, perfect location

Airconditioning was very loud.

Dirty when arrived. Sonder finally moved us to another location a mile away from where we wanted to be (a mile isn’t usually bad except in cold Chicago weather). No prior notice given, we just walked into a dirty unit we were told was ours. Took 40 minutes to get moved, them had to Uber over.

...Difficult time setting up reservation ...Wasn't told about large festival so streets blocked off ...Shower floor wasn't cleaned ...Remote had NO batteries so could only watch 1 station on the TV Not a good experience-should have stayed at a hotel
