You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guest stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guest will receive more details from the property management prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided an HDMI cord for streaming. This is a central location and prone to city and construction noise. There is no elevator at this property and there may be multiple flights of stairs required to reach your space. "A nice, cozy apartment, the stay was more than comfortable."

Spacious, light and great location!

Some minor bruises on the walls and the soap tray, which is a minor flaw. The dishwasher did not smell good, but I did not have to use it anyway.

The property was super easy to find (UIC Halsted subway about 300m walk), spacious, well equipped and comfortable. It was a mile in to downtown. It had shops nearby - everything we could have asked for.

The only downside we could think of was being able to hear people walk around upstairs. This was due to tall ceilings and lovely wooden floors though, so can’t complain.

"Good for city centre"

Handy location for city centre. Excellent Greek cafe Meli across road. Would be useful to inform guests of it when booking. Overall excellent base for a visit to Chicago.

Very steep and extended flight of steps to room. Efficient but impersonal.

Everything was Excellent! The property was beautiful and most of all very CLEAN!!! The way everything was set up on site , to check-in and check-out was a very seamless process. The property was also very spacious, the beds were very big in size, super comfy, and having the three bathrooms in each bedroom was a such a plus. Greek neighborhood was a wonderful and smart location, everything is walking distance: for any coffee connoisseurs: Ground up Coffee is superb, Target is only a couple blocks down. My three kids age ranging 11-12 and hubby felt very safe walking around. As far as parking there’s no parking garage but we were able to find nearby meter parking. 3 hrs was the limit until 10 pm however was able to find great free parking spots going towards H mart grocers. Overall, first time experience with Sonder properties truly exceeded my family and I’d expectations. All well worth it and would love to use Sonder again for future vacation stays. Thanks so much Sonder!

Decent priced property. Well equipped. Good loctation.

Very comfortable, nicely redone apartment.

The staircase to the third floor. Very hard to climb, when carrying the luggage. What about elderly clients?
