Sonder Greektown

LOCATION was terrific - central and close to all our 'outings'. Downside was NOT being able to control the thermostat. And NO response to any of our efforts to contact the property manger(s).

Beds were king size and comfy.Conviently locates to union station and shops.Apartment just loke picture adverrized.Balcony. with city views was nice highlight.

Apartment needed a good dusting .Lots of steep stairs to climb to get tonthis place.

Room was comfy. Great location with cute cafe annd bar across the street. Very close to work in the West Loop. It is so nice to have a closer and a kitchen! Stairs were a challenge…not recommended for people who cannot lug their bags up multiple flights of stairs. The front door of the building was propped open one evening, which felt insecure. The bathroom has mold growing around the base boards and shower. Some of the kitchen utensils are worn out and need replacement (hot water pot, fridge water filter).

My stay was excellent. The room was clean and up to date. I had everything I needed, except for an elevator. Lucky a gentleman help me carry my luggage to the 3rd floor. The stairway is very scary when you have luggage. Otherwise, my stay was great and I’d book again.

I like the facility and the comfort of staying. The room was pretty spacious and clean. Also, it's a good location for long-term stay.

The one thing I really hate about the property is the people around the building. Every night, people gathered around the building smoking all night. I felt very unsafe, and these people should go away from the property. Some shops asked them to leave, but the property doesn't have guards or open stores next to the building.
