Please inform Sonder Greektown in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guest stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guest will receive more details from the property management prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided an HDMI cord for streaming. This is a central location and prone to city and construction noise. There is no elevator at this property and there may be multiple flights of stairs required to reach your space. Great appartment, with all necessary utilities. If you need help, customer service reacts directly.

Location is just outside the center, but easily accessible by metro. A migrant shelter is located directly next to the appartments, this means that day and night groups of man are hanging in front of the entrance. Talking, shouting and smoking.

"Great value for money compared to a regular hotel"

Great location in the heart of Greek town. Close to downtown and the Willis tower. Room was great and self contained. Good size apartment with laundry facilities. Even provide you with washing tablets. A nice touch. Great value for money.

No lifts and a lot of stairs. Need to be fit. The air conditioning in the apartment is very loud so could not have it on for long.

The whole transaction was easy and seamless, the price was just right, and the apartment was spotless, very nicely decorated, and extremely comfortable. I felt right at home there, and it would be my first choice if I ever needed to stay over in that area again.

The room felt very luxurious. It was very clean and nice and decorated well. I loved the shower!

We stayed at the hotel during the Greektown Festival, which was good and bad. It was pretty noisy the whole weekend and there were so many people in such a small area around the hotel

room was not cleaned when I arrive, however the chat line folks were contacted, ... the cleaner came and cleaned... Sonder refunded $ 100 for the inconvenience That was nice

We had a nice trip, the best part is this suite, my kids just wanted to stay on that king size bed forever, its really comfortable, and convenient to have a kitchen on our trip, thank you
