You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding the guest stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guest will receive more details from the property management prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable. We have provided an HDMI cord for streaming. This is a central location and prone to city and construction noise. There is no elevator at this property and there may be multiple flights of stairs required to reach your space. "Really good place to stay in in the windy city"

Spacious, clean, good taste. The windows were sound proof and bedroom mattresses comfy. Well located in a really cool Greek neighborhood surrounded by good places to go out

The water pressure was weak in showers, the fold out beds in living rooms were not the most comfortable.

The location was great. The decoration of the apartment was very pleasing.

The number of stairs was a lot and should be noted before booking not to surprise guests. There was no mirror except in the bathroom.

Huge apartment, Comfy bed, Couldn’t hear street from room, Washer and dryer in room, Great location to grocery shop and restaurants and pubs towards Fulton St.

About 40 steep steps to get up to the 3rd and last floor, was a bit difficult getting bags up but only had to get them up once.

Great spacious appartment which had everything we needed ( hair dryer ) and even some we didn’t ( washing machine and dishwasher!) . Well located - easy to get into central Chicago and to Fulton market which has great restaurants .
