Great communication from start to finish and nice to have an included parking spot which was easy to find. Plus it was just a short walk from the accommodation to the centre by foot - a definite bonus. Bit of an eclectic mix of crockery, cutlery etc but enough there if you wanted to cook (we didn't!) it all just seemed a bit old and well used. But everything was very clean and that's the main thing for me.

The bedding was just ok but not really suitable for the king size bed (double bed quilt and sheets not quite big enough?) and one of the pillows was not very nice at all - very old, lumpy and stained. But we managed - and I do have to stress that (apart from the pillow!) everything was very clean.

Very nice 1 bedroom apartment. Right in the thick of Santa Cruz. Close to all of the things to see and tons of Tapas and Restaurants. Everything clean and shower was great. Would stay here again in the future.

Upon arriving, I was not sent the directions for getting inside. Lots of information was requested by the property manager.

I liked the location, it was close to everywhere, easy to access on foot. The apartment was quiet, nice and clean. Also it had amazing facilities.

It was a bit complicated to get to the parking, first we had to park somewhere because all the keys were inside of the apartment, also when we checked out, we had to bring back all the keys inside of the property.

Parking and check in. We were grateful to have free parking however the parkade was a block or so away but we couldn’t park in it until we checked into the apt. to get the key fob so had to stop the car in the little street in front of apt building. The code I was given to open apt didn’t work so I had to phone and be let in remotely. By this time cars were wanting down the street so my husband had to leave and circle around several times (not easy with one way streets and heavy traffic). We finally got unloaded and then had to find our way to the parkade, with only a street and color of garage door as description (a little map would perhaps be very helpful). Got into the parkade and then couldn’t find our stall in the dimly lit garage. The stall numbers weren’t in any particular order (we were in stall 38, which in the low light looked like a 58,, and was beside stall 14, so was very confusing). We also didn’t know how to exit the garage on foot so used the key fob to go back out through the car entrance. Checkout was equally as difficult as we couldn’t just walk our luggage to the parkade because the keys were to be left in the apartment when leaving, but we needed the key fob to open the garage door. With the one way streets it took awhile to get back to the apartment to load our luggage. Other than those inconvenient and stressful situations the apartment worked well for us. It was comfortable and clean (although we would have preferred two pillows rather than one shared long one).

We left 2 days early.

Property equipment was a little lacking but our issues were resolved quickly without any issues.

Great location with parking but we're unable to give a proper overall review since we didn't stay in the apartment at all.

We booked the apartment for 5 nights but didn't stay overnight since someone entered the apartment when we were away and ransacked our bags. Although nothing valuable was stolen except that my cable lock for backpack was removed, we feel unsafe and requested a replacement apartment immediately and shifted out. We had to make a police report at 2 am in the morning on the first night in Seville. The police report is required by the property management company. We're given access to a replacement apartment only the following day due to some communication issues and therefore we had to book another hotel for the night since we were not able to gain access to the replacement apartment which was supposed to be opened remotely. We were also not reimbursed for the extra expenses (hotel). Based on other reviews, the wifi code is erroneous, yet it was not corrected. We have the same problem and need to call to get the correct password. The property management team needs to ensure it is corrected immediately so that future guests don't have to face the same problem. Also the main door to the apartment complex is sometimes left open by other residents since it doesn't close by itself. However, overall, our replacement apartment was great, except that there was another miscommunication whereby a technician was given access to the apartment since another team member was not aware that we are staying there and he opened it remotely. Luckily, we were still inside the apartment when the technician came in and we have to inform him to return after we check out. The management company needs to review their operational procedures to enhance overall security and better customer experience so that such incidents will not occur in future.

The location is AMAZING! Down the street you have shops, restaurants, bars, bakery … the location is just PERFECT. Also spacious apartment.

The apartment is close to the city centre and main attractions, includes parking (not on the same place but cca 5min walking) which is a big advantage. The apartment is very spacious with separated bedroom. Washing machine also included.

Unfortunately, this accommodation didn’t meet our expectation. Altogether we do not have big problems with the apartment but had a lot of smalls. Apartment is on the ground floor that made it quite dark (it is a big advantage in hot summer, but not is March). Living room quite noisy from the street. Wifi did not work we had to ask for another key (this was managed properly). The house (not the flat!) entrance door did not work. Toilet paper and soap was not enough for 3 days. Sofa in the living room uncomfortable. Low level of TV broadcast quality. Etc. Altogether I would say 7,5 points out of 10. The reason I decreased the points further was the communication with the host. It was sooo difficult. In 2 days I got (I guess from 2 different people) 2 different information about location of the parking lot. Due to previous experiences, we asked prior for a separate blanket to the bed. (as I travelled with one of my friends). She/he refused the request twice do to hygienic reasons...A day after than we received a message whether everything is ok, if they can help let us inform them... Disrespectful.
