Great location, spacious unit, parking available.

Before arrival, RentalSeville informs you to register. Online registration is cumbersome and takes time. Mobile phone is best to use for this, because document pictures need to be uploaded. Hard to do with laptop. I requested all directions and link to apartment access apps to be provided prior to arrival as one needs a strong data signal at property, instead rental agency said just to call upon arrival and they would access the front door remotely. The problem was no one answered. Tried several times, finally they answered as they had been on another phone call. All this headache could have been avoided by providing all information 24 hours before arrival including maps to apartment and also to parking. Once inside the building. I obtained the keys. While my companion sat in the car, I remained on the phone with the agent to locate the parking which is not at the apartment itself, so had to be talked through the neighborhood to find it. I wanted to “walk-it-off” before we drove it. Agency representative directed me to the garage location, send a map link to my phone which is hard to view as I was walking and talking on phone. Was unable to view because I was walking and talking on phone. Finally, we were successful parking the car in the garage, parked in correct space, but then could not exit with our bags because we couldn’t find the garage door release to get out. Nowhere in the garage is there a clearly marked button for visitors to know what to do. Again, another call to the agency. It took some time for the agent AND us to realize the exit button/sensor is not at the door but back down the ramp. Again.. not labeled. Back in the apartment we could not connect to modem/wifi because the modem was mislabeled and no password provided. Another call to the agency. Apartment needs regular inventory to make sure all is in right order for guests as advertised. There has to be a better way to inform a guest of all of this BEFORE arrival.

The location was perfect. Every must see location in walking distance. Shops, restaurants, pubs are very close. Quiet apartment.

Remote check in. I am not sure how everyone likes this check in. The apartment is a little bit dark. The toilet flush didn't work properly. Chairs need to repair, sqrews missing from it.

The property is located close to old town and within walking distance of both main train stations. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. Quiet street so there was no problem with noise from the street.

Nothing major. A few things I missed in kitchen. Cereal bowls. plates drying rack, cattle for boiling water, salt and pepper, fruit knife, laundry powder etc.,

The apartment is spacious and in a good area, but customer support is incredibly bad. Parking is in a garage not far away from the flat.

We waited for 1 hour in front of the building because their automatic check-in didn't work. Stayed on the phone with support for 15 minutes, and at no point did they offer to call me back. They sent someone to bring us the keys. The person went in and left us waiting for another 20 minutes, basically until we called them again. WiFi was not working during the entire stay. Support stopped answering messages about that. Would definitely stay away from this agency.

The apartment is very well located. We did everything walking, which is perfect because the car could remain parked during all our stay. Also was equipped with everything, we didn't miss anything and was very comfortable. The check-in was not on person but was also easy and everything went well

The parking is not located at the same place as the apartment but is also around 6 minutes walking. Anyway it would be nice to know this information before the arrival in terms of organization. As we, for example, were doing a trip by many cities, we carried on with us a lot of stuff, which was impossible to bring all by hand walking from the parking on 40 degrees. We had to pay the parking lot close by the apartment to be able to do it. If we had this information before, we would have some time to organize better and maybe found out that was fine to leave the car in one of the small streets for a moment. But apart from this particular situation, everything was fine.

The location of the apartment is very good. It is a 10 minute walk to the cathedral and there are lots of restaurants nearby. It is spacious and well equipped. Beware that the WiFi router might be reset, in that case use the original credentials from the bottom of it.

Our check-in took a 20 minute phone call because of complications with the online check-in. The communication was also a bit cumbersome because they sent a lot of automated messages (even the same message multiple times) both on booking and WhatsApp. Regarding the apartment: some ants here and there, and the washing machine is not in its prime (bad smell). Detergent is not provided, so you have to bring or buy your own...

Pretty good location and the air con worked.

Fridge and tv dont work. Internet beeps loudly and very often making you jump. Parking is not at the location.

We found the cleansing person b accident athe property otherwise getting in remotely would have been difficult for us. Internet was non existent. No hairdryer.
