The room was excellent.. clean and everything we needed... Nice hot breakfast too

The noisy children next to our room.. running in and out and slamming the door.. The parents not controlling them... Don't put children next to adults only rooms.. there were lots of rooms open further away.

Beds were comfy and cleaning staff did a great job

1. Our toliet didnt work but the front desk guy helped on get out room switched 2. The day staff did not stay at the front desk. They're was always a line. My boyfriend actually walked back there and they were on all their phones.

אפשר לכתוב כך באנגלית: The hotel is located in a central area of Chicago, within walking distance of many attractions. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We received a large, clean room on a high floor, with a comfortable king-size bed. The shower was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. If we return to Chicago, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

"Great staff and great location"

Our stay was very nice. Location, amenities and value were all great. We had a small issue with our toilet not flushing the second night of our stay. The hotel was completely booked and hotel only had one employee working that evening. Luckily for us that employee was Alexis and she was more than pleasant, professional and accommodating. She was asked to do more than her job entailed (I'm sure) but did so with a smile. Thank you. We will definitely be back.
