"Exceptional"

Location was good, right on beach. Room was comfortable, and restaurant was in building which was nice.

While staying, tornado warning was issued, and staff were not familiar with the procedures.

"The cost of this room was way too high for the location, not near the town or sites."

Liked the new feel and the room layout. It was very clean.

At first they told me they didn’t have my King bed but I complained and they were able to find one. The desk person kept talking about the new computer system. It didn’t seem like they had been trained on using the new system and needed some help.

Bathroom counter was very small and narrow. The front desk worker was hard to find after 5.

"Perfect hotel for a 11 day stay."

Another perfect stay at my favourite hotel in Holland. My 11 day stay went far too fast, a sign that everything was as it should be......clean, quiet and friendly. One piece of advice i would give is maybe a 2nd toaster or a quicker one!

Stayed over night, clean, nice rooms, helpful staff

Breakfast . But I have learned that American people are happy with what they call “great American breakfast”. Poor show.
