Very centrally located, clean and tidy, very quiet and a great place to stay. plenty of coffee, tea, bickies, etc. Proprietor put us on to a very good fish n chip shop. A visit to Hayes Hardware store a must. Also plenty to do and places to see.

nothing really to dislike.
