We really enjoyed staying at this property. It’s great to have a kitchen area so we could cook a few meals and more space to spread out. Host communicated often. Great location for the highlights of Reykjavik!!! Highly recommend!

Bed Pillows are next to useless - you only get 1 each Small Towels Strong Sulphur Smell in Shower Blinds do not have chains for moving up and down. Shower has a battery powered light, batteries are flat No instructions for how to connect TV. Plates are on a shelf 8ft up. 2” Door sills on every door. We wore shoes all the time after kicking our toes. Absolutely nothing provided, we had stayed at 3 apartments by the time we arrived and all had provided Coffee, Tea, Salt, Pepper, UHT Milk.

Breakfast at Nodurey City Garden Hotel next door is fantastic and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming

It would have been even better if the apartment provides us with toiletries and newer towels and bedding.

We liked the apartman basicly. It is nice enough.

We really missed the microwave. Would be nice to put atleast 1 baking paper to the oven and some paper towel. The bathtowels are super small. The heater in the rooms are not worki g properly,when you turn on you need to wait aometimes like half an hour till the heat is on.... We went to have breakfast with our 3 years old daughter just little before 9am and we asked to get the croissont but the breakfast lady said that it was finished and they dont bake anymore ...my husband said we need only 2pieces for our little one but she still refused. Then my husband asked the supervisor who was at the reception and she was nice and very quikcly managed to get some fresh baked croissont for our daughter. I mean the breakfast end at 10 am... atleast have everything till the end,it wont be so hard because the breakfast selection is very poor. It says that you have some Nespresso capsules (for 2 nights for 2 adults would be nice to have 4 pieces of capsule ) because you have the coffee machine, but we didnt have anything.

Horrible entry to the apartment. It was so difficult to find the place in the dark. It looks terrible. I will never stay here. So expensive for the kind of place. No micro wave also.

We booked the one bedroom flat for 3 nights. the property debited our credit card before arrival (price of the nights + city taxes). The apartment turned out to be a very damp basement flat. There were humidity patches on all the inside walls. Water condensation running down the windows (inside). On top of that there was no soap, no toiletries, very small and very used towels. Poor pillows. Loose toilet seat. No shelves in the wardrobe. No smoke alarm. Very poor breakfast. Cleaning only superficial. Poor hygiene standard. (at breakfast we saw the waitress clean a table with the previous client used napkin. No hydroalcoolic gel to be found. Cotton towel for the hands in the common parts toilet). We left the place after 2 nights and asked for the refund of the city tax for the night we did not spend in the apartment and the owner refused the refund!
